The proLIGHT 3000 Turning Centre is a benchtop state-of-the-art CNC turning centre. It uses EIA, ISO and Fanuc-compatible G&M codes as do larger CNC machines. It is a two-axis turning centre with a 5C spindle and a collet capacity of up to 1-1/16".

Two options of tool holders are available; manual quick-change and an eight-tool automatic tool turret. Linear and circular interpolation, multi-tool programming, canned cycles, cutter compensation and threading are just a few of the programming modes the machine's software supports. The turning centre is capable of doing internal machining and threading and includes a 4" self-centring chuck.

The Super proLIGHT 1000 Machining Centre is a bench top state-of-the-art CNC machining centre. It uses EIA, ISO and Fanuc-compatible G&M codes, as do larger CNC machines. It is a full three-axis machining centre with an R8 spindle.

Three options of tool holders are available; R8 collets, manual quick-change and a four-tool automatic tool changer. The eXpertMill VMC-0600 offers three or four axis simultaneous machining along with the speed and accuracy of full-scale industrial machines. ExpertMill offers full three-axis tool path verification, a 1-HP spindle, standard EIA RS-274-D G&M code programming. Optional features include a high performance controller, 4- and 12- position automatic tool changers, and a 4th axis rotary positioner.

The eXpertMill VMC-0600 is the newest in Intelitek's line of benchtop CNC training and industrial prototyping machines.

Key design features include a cast aluminium base and profile linear guide ways that provide the rigidity, speed and accuracy of larger industrial machines.

The eXpertMill offers simultaneous three or four-axis machining along with features and options usually found only on full-scale machining centres. Full three-axis tool path verification, standard EIA RS-274-D G&M code programming, 1 hp spindle power, and 75 ipm (1905 mm/min) rapid traverse and machine cutting rate make the eXpertMill the ultimate machine for CNC training and prototyping.

Optional features include a 150 ipm (3810 mm/min) high performance controller, 4- and 12-position automatic tool changers, and a 4th axis rotary positioner.
